A diet based on WWF-UK's Livewell guide - good for mine & the planets health. The daily guide being:
Calories 2300; Carbon 5kgs; Salt 6g; Meat, Cheese & Butter 104g; Fruit, Vegetables & Spuds 6-12 portions; Fish 2 portion/week
BBQ at friends today, assuming estimates are OK, keeping the calories & carbon down was socially acceptable, but the sodium total was frightening, the first time I've gone over the target in nearly 3 weeks?
