Day 5: 11th April

Sunny Monday, a day working from my garden!
Simple food day, Kate at work and desire to be outside, everything went well, maybe have to think about eating more fresh produce on a simple day?

Off to Mum’s tomorrow after meeting an old friend for coffee, looking forward to hearing how his bread delivery & box scheme businesses are going. Need to think about my Livewell plan while I‘m away?

Fresh baked wholemeal bread on the menu and starting to have some ideas aout how to translate carbon footprint calculations into something people may be able to implement. Good chat with the hero’s at WWF today to clear up some assumptions, particularly around oils and fats, eggs and potatoes. Most important thing being to keep on targets set, and will discuss further including potatoes in fruit and vegetables.

It;s taking me around 1-2 hours each day just to record and calculate everything, so must find a way of making this minutes.
