Day 8: 14th April

Eaten Mum’s chocolate, on the road all day & networking till very late?
OK on main targets: aka carbon & calories, but nowhere near enough fibre of fruit and vegetables. It’s not easy and I should do this, I’ll be hungry tomorrow?
