Calories 2300; Carbon 5kgs; Salt 6g; Meat, Cheese & Butter 104g; Fruit, Vegetables & Spuds 6-12 portions; Fish 2 portion/week
Reducing meat and keeping calories down is a sure fire way to getting fruit and vegetable portions up high, 15 portions today. Will be an interesting day today as we're at a friends bbq?
